Payment Policy

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Morocco. Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

No online card or digital payment details are collected or stored on our website.

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Morocco. Estimated delivery time is typically 1 to 3 working days depending on the delivery location.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the order at the provided address.

Returns and Cancellations
