Return & Exchange Eligibility

β—‰ Products not in their original condition or missing packaging.

Return Process

β—‰ Provide order details along with images (if applicable) for damaged or incorrect products.
β—‰ Our team will review the request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refund Process

β—‰ All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
β—‰ Refunds will be processed only after approval and inspection of the returned product.
β—‰ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in cash or via an agreed method after verification.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or an alternative product, subject to availability and approval.

Order Cancellation

β—‰ Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges
